At LickBloom, we want you to love your purchase. Please read our policy below before making a claim.
Defective Items
We accept returns for defective or damaged products. If your item arrives faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the defect. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Non-Defective Items
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other non-defective reasons. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you received a defective item, a replacement will be issued where stock is available.
How to Lodge a Return

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the defect
Conditions
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
